The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service for homeowners and delivery partners, processing orders with high accuracy, and maintaining up-to-date records in the customer management system.

The successful candidate will handle appointment scheduling, prepare sales materials, and contribute to service improvements while working in a collaborative office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 2–4 years' work experience in order processing.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, and general computer skills.
• Strong phone etiquette and verbal skills to facilitate problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Responds to homeowner/delivery partner requests/inquiries.
• Processes complex orders/requests with 100% accuracy from intake to filing.
• Ensures customer management system is updated appropriately.
• Clarifies, diagnoses, and resolves customer order issues.
• Schedules appointments with homeowners.
• Creates packets or other materials as required for sales fulfillment process.
• Prepares customer correspondence.
• Identifies and implements ways to improve overall level of service.
• Communicates order fulfillment process information to internal delivery partners and provides feedback.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Renewal by Andersen is looking for a Retail Service Representative to join our Capital region team! The Retail Service Representative will focus on providing customer service for delivery partners and customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Responds to homeowner/delivery partner requests/inquiries.
• Processes complex orders/requests, with 100% accuracy from intake to filing.
• Ensures customer management system is updated appropriately.
• Clarifies, diagnoses, and resolves customer order issues.
• Schedules appointments with homeowners.
• Creates packets or other materials as required for sales fulfillment process.
• Prepares customer correspondence.
• Identifies and implements ways to improve overall level of service.
• Communicates order fulfillment process information to internal delivery partners and provides customer/delivery partner feedback.
• Administers programs, e.g. customer referral program.
• May train others in office and customer service processes.
• May create purchase orders, process payments or process receipts.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 2-4 years' work experience to include order processing work
• Demonstrated word processing, spreadsheet and general computer skills
• Strong phone etiquette & verbal skills to facilitate problem resolution
• Intermediate writing skills
• Able to determine customer needs and assist in resolving issues for assigned area.

PAY RANGE:

$21.90 - $31.70

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
