Qualifications

• Previous concierge or guest services experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Richmond restaurants and attractions.
• Valid Virginia driver's license with clean record.

• Availability: open weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professional service.
• Provide recommendations and coordinate reservations for restaurants, entertainment, transportation, tours, spa appointments, and more.

• Respond promptly to inquiries and ensure timely follow-through.

The Jefferson Hotel is seeking a knowledgeable, polished, and service-oriented Concierge to join our Guest Services team. This position plays a vital role in creating memorable guest experiences by providing personalized recommendations, anticipating guest needs, and delivering seamless service from arrival through departure.
