Opensity is seeking a Concierge to deliver a warm welcome and exceptional service to guests. You will handle inquiries, assist with check-ins/outs, and coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and F&B to ensure a seamless experience.
The role requires experience in hospitality or concierge services, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and reservations systems. A friendly, proactive attitude is essential for success.

The Conciergeis responsible fordelivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming, personalized experience for all guests. Reporting to the Lead Concierge or Client Relations Manager, this role serves as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and recommendations. The Concierge plays a key role in enhancing guest satisfaction byanticipatingneeds, coordinating services, and ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality, concierge services, customer service, or a related field
The Compensation range for this role is 23.00 to 26.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s location, skills, experience and qualifications.
