Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality, concierge services, customer service, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation/booking systems.

The Conciergeis responsible fordelivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming, personalized experience for all guests. Reporting to the Lead Concierge or Client Relations Manager, this role serves as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and recommendations. The Concierge plays a key role in enhancing guest satisfaction byanticipatingneeds, coordinating services, and ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Deliver a warm, professional welcome and provide exceptional customer service to all guests
  • Respond to guest inquiries, provide information, andassistwith check-ins and check-outs
  • Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly, ensuringhigh levelsof satisfaction
  • Manage reservations, ensuringaccuratebookingdataand efficient use of reservation systems
  • Maintain up-to-date records of guest bookings, availability, and special requests
  • Provide personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions based on guest preferences
  • Coordinate with internal departments (front desk, housekeeping, F&B) to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Arrange special services such as transportation, dining reservations, and appointments
  • IdentifyVIP guests and deliver elevated, personalized service to exceed expectations
  • Monitor guest safety and respond to emergenciesin accordance withestablished procedures
  • Collaborate with security and management to address safety or security concerns
  • Participate in training programs, including Cornerstone, to enhance skills and service delivery
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

  • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
  • Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality, concierge services, customer service, or a related field

Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with reservation or property management systems preferred
  • Familiarity with communication and booking platforms

The Compensation range for this role is 23.00 to 26.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s location, skills, experience and qualifications.
