Job summary

Havenwood of Minnetonka is seeking a hospitality-focused Concierge to greet residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, and outside service providers in a warm, professional manner. You are the first face visitors see when coming to our community. Part-time schedule: weeknights 4:00-7:00pm, with every other weekend 8:30am-5:00pm.

Salary: $16-$18/hour. Responsibilities include phone coverage, handling deliveries, creating maintenance work orders, and supporting the Business Office

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers while ensuring objectives are met and service is provided.
• Accept delivery packages, log receipts, and notify residents of delivery.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments.

This role is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community!

Schedule: Part-time opportunity weeknights 4:00-7:00pm, with every other weekend 8:30am-5:00pm

Salary: $16-$18/hour

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Concierge:

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills
