Integrated Real Estate Group's Watercrest at Mansfield, a luxury independent living community in Mansfield, Texas, is seeking a Concierge (PRN) to warmly welcome residents and guests and support front desk operations.

Responsibilities include answering calls, directing visitors and vendors, signing in guests, keeping the front desk neat, maintaining supplies, and assisting with resident maintenance requests.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent (GED accepted).
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Experience in customer service with active/senior adults preferred.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer calls or direct them; take messages as needed.
• Ensure guests and vendors sign in and out.
• Maintain a neat, clean front desk area.
• Assist in submitting resident maintenance work orders.
• Help keep office supplies stocked or ordered.

Concierge, PRN

TheConciergeis responsible for greeting all residents and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.

Job duties for this position will include, but are not limited to:

• Answers the telephone and directs calls as needed, or takes messages, ensuring that no one is left on hold for long periods of time.
• Ensures that all guests and vendors sign in and out.
• Maintains a neat, clean appearance of the front desk office area.
• Helps ensure that needed office supplies are kept on hand or ordered if needed.
• Assists in the submission of resident maintenance work orders.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent is required (GED is accepted).
• Possesses effective communication via the ability to read, write and speak English.
• Previous experience in customer service environment with active adults/senior adult/senior living preferred.
• The candidate must be willing to work and interact with active/senior adults.
• Weekend availability is required.

Schedule:

• Saturday & Sunday: 2pm to 8 pm
