Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking a friendly Concierge for Landing at Watermere Woodland Lakes in Conroe, Texas. The role focuses on warm resident interactions, seamless front desk operations, and support to residents and guests.

You will greet residents and visitors, answer calls, sign in guests, maintain a tidy front desk, manage supplies, and assist with maintenance requests. Weekend availability is required in this on-site role, with a strong emphasis on customer service for active

Qualifications

• High school education or GED required.
• Effective communication in English (written and spoken).
• Customer service experience, especially with seniors, preferred.
• Willingness to interact with active/senior adults.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answers telephone calls or directs to appropriate person and takes messages.
• Ensure guests and vendors sign in/out.
• Maintain a neat, clean front desk area.
• Help ensure office supplies are stocked and ordered as needed.
• Assist in submitting resident maintenance work orders.

Concierge, Part Time

The Concierge is responsible for greeting all residents and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.

Job duties for this position will include, but are not limited to:

• Answers the telephone and directs calls as needed, or takes messages, ensuring that no one is left on hold for long periods of time.
• Ensures that all guests and vendors sign in and out.
• Maintains a neat, clean appearance of the front desk office area.
• Helps ensure that needed office supplies are kept on hand or ordered if needed.
• Assists in the submission of resident maintenance work orders.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent is required (GED is accepted).
• Possesses effective communication via the ability to read, write and speak English.
• Previous experience in customer service environment with active adults/senior adult/senior living preferred.
• The candidate must be willing to work and interact with active/senior adults.
• Weekend availability is required.
