Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking a friendly Concierge for Watercrest at Bryan, an independent living community serving active seniors in the College Station/Bryan area. You will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, answering calls, signing in visitors, and maintaining a welcoming front desk.

This part-time evening/weekend role also involves coordinating supplies and assisting with maintenance requests, with emphasis on excellent service, safety, and professional

Qualifications

• High school education or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Experience in customer service, especially with active/senior adults, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer phones and direct calls or take messages as needed.
• Sign in/out guests and vendors to maintain security."
• Maintain a neat, clean front desk area and assist with office supplies.
• Assist in submitting resident maintenance work orders.

Concierge, Part Time, Evenings and Weekends

The Concierge is responsible for greeting all residents and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.

Job duties for this position will include, but are not limited to:

• Answers the telephone and directs calls as needed, or takes messages, ensuring that no one is left on hold for long periods of time.
• Ensures that all guests and vendors sign in and out.
• Maintains a neat, clean appearance of the front desk office area.
• Helps ensure that needed office supplies are kept on hand or ordered if needed.
• Assists in the submission of resident maintenance work orders.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent is required (GED is accepted).
• Possesses effective communication via the ability to read, write and speak English.
• Previous experience in customer service environment with active adults/senior adult/senior living preferred.
• The candidate must be willing to work and interact with active/senior adults.
