Job summary

Legend Senior Living in Malvern is seeking an outstanding Concierge to join our administrative team. You will warmly greet residents and guests at the front desk, provide information about local attractions, and relay messages to the appropriate department.

You will conduct community tours, coordinate resident parking and transport needs, and help maintain a welcoming, well-stocked lobby and public areas. A strong customer-service mindset and reliable organizational skills are essential;

Responsibilities

• Serves as the frontline ambassador to residents and guests, delivering the highest level of customer service.
• Receives initial customer and resident concerns and directs them to the appropriate department for follow-up.
• Maintains knowledge of the local community and provides information about festivals, events, attractions, restaurants, tours and transportation schedules.
• Coordinates resident parking and valet needs, and assists with loading/unloading as needed.
• Conducts tours and ensures model rooms are ready and available for viewing.
• Keeps front desk and common areas clean and stocked.

Job Highlights

We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the administrative team as a Concierge. You will make a difference by courteously assisting residents and guests at the front desk. This includes providing information about local attractions, conducting community tours and relaying messages to the appropriate department.

Responsibilities
