Alpine Valley Post Acute, proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services, is hiring a Full-time Concierge. Pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour. You will greet residents and visitors, handle front-desk duties, manage calls, and coordinate information flow to support daily facility operations.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, strong communication, and a professional, compassionate demeanor suitable for a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role required; experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation with a professional presence, positive attitude, and solution-focused mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, visitors, staff, and individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and demands simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact effectively with individuals of varying personalities and temperaments.
• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve immediate concerns appropriately.
