Job summary

Springfield Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Springfield, MA, is seeking a friendly Concierge for a full-time shift from 12 PM to 8 PM. The role is the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff, delivering a welcoming experience.

The Concierge will handle calls, provide information, and perform clerical tasks to keep operations running smoothly while upholding our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role; healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation with professional presence and positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, visitors, staff, and vendors.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer and transfer all incoming calls in a courteous, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Provide information, direction, and assistance to residents, staff, guests, and vendors.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties as assigned to support smooth facility operations.
• Greet and assist potential residents, families, visitors, and vendors, creating a positive and welcoming first impression of the facility.
• Manage both internal and external calls, accurately take messages, and ensure timely communication to appropriate individuals.
• Serve as a central point of contact to coordinate information flow and support day‑to‑day front‑desk operations.
• Maintain a calm, professional presence while handling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
