Join our team at Riverview Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as a Concierge. This full-time position offers $18-21/hour with a focus on providing excellent customer service and support for residents and visitors.

The Concierge will be the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming experience while managing calls, assisting visitors, and performing administrative duties. At Riverview, we strive to foster a positive culture where compassion and quality care are central to everything we do.

Qualifications

• Current and active CNA license in the state strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer service role required.
• Experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation with a professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Answer and transfer incoming calls courteously and professionally.
• Provide information and direction to residents, staff, and visitors.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties to support operations.
• Greet potential residents and assist visitors.
• Manage internal and external calls and take messages accurately.
• Coordinate information flow at the front desk.
• Maintain professionalism while handling multiple priorities.

Responsibilities for Concierge

• Answer and transfer all incoming calls in a courteous, professional, and welcoming manner, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
• Provide information, direction, and appropriate assistance to residents, staff, guests, and vendors with professionalism and warmth.
• Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties as assigned to support smooth facility operations.
• Greet and assist potential residents, families, visitors, and vendors, creating a positive and welcoming first impression of the facility.
• Manage both internal and external calls, accurately take messages, and ensure timely communication to appropriate individuals.
• Serve as a central point of contact to coordinate information flow and support day-to-day front-desk operations.
• Maintain a calm, professional presence while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications for Concierge

• Current and active CNA license in the state strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer service role required; experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation with a professional presence, positive attitude, and solution-focused mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, visitors, staff, and individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and demands simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact effectively with individuals of varying personalities and temperaments.
• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve immediate concerns appropriately.
