Job Schedule:

Part-Time

We are seeking a Concierge to join our community committed to delivering outstanding service to our residents. As a Concierge, you will play an important role in all phases of resident services that meet or exceed Buckner quality, service, and hospitality standards. What you'll do:

1. Coordinate hospitality service activities including resident communications, guest reception, event planning, and addressing resident and guest needs or concerns.
2. Maintain organized communication and reference systems at each concierge desk, including contact lists, emergency vendor info, resident census, etc.
3. Serve as a liaison with new residents upon move-in.
4. Assist residents and staff with maintenance work orders, ensuring timely requests and follow-up.
5. Participate in resident events and social groups to foster community relationships.
6. Lead resident welcoming efforts and social support for new residents.
7. Provide tours and orientation to new residents about community life, amenities, and services.

What you’ll bring:

• High School diploma or GED
• At least one year of related experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently
• Ability to walk, stand, sit, and perform physical tasks for prolonged periods
