MRC’s Stevenson Oaks community is the newest senior living choice in Fort Worth with 172 independent living apartments, 40 assisted living units, and 24 memory support suites offering an array of services. The community is designed to inspire connection, joy, and purpose throughout the aging process, emphasizing growth despite age. With an unmatched standard of excellence, the community becomes more than a building; it becomes a home.

We are currently seeking a full-time Concierge. Our concierges have the ability to make every resident, family member, and visitor feel welcome. If you are friendly, well-organized, and committed to providing extraordinary service, we would love to hear from you!

The Concierge:
  • Shift: Tues, Thurs, and Saturday 8am-8pm
  • Ensures everyone who walks into the Stevenson Oaks lobby has an extraordinary customer service experience.
  • Greets all visitors in an enthusiastic, professional manner.
  • Answers all incoming calls on the main phone line.
  • Signs for all deliveries and promptly calls employees/residents receiving packages.
  • Assists residents with scheduling transportation services and enters work order requests.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Front desk/receptionist experience preferred
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to project a friendly, courteous personality towards residents, families, and co-workers
  • Maintains a professional appearance
  • Must be able to work weekends
