Job summary

White Lodging Services, Inc. in partnership with Sheraton Erie seeks a part-time concierge for our club lounge, with weekend availability. You will assist guests with special requests, reservations, hotel information, and deliver exceptional guest service.

We value an outgoing, social personality with excellent communication and listening skills, a can-do, team‑oriented attitude, problem-solving talent, and the ability to stand/walk long hours and lift up to ten pounds.

Responsibilities

• The concierge will provide the highest quality of service to the guest, anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
• Assist guests with any special requests including reservations, hotel information, and arranging transportation.
• Develop knowledge of hotel services, local area, and travel services; answer questions and provide recommendations.
• Help resolve guest complaints or concerns.
• Assist guests with food and beverage needs in the concierge lounge and maintain lounge area.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships.
• Be an ambassador by maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Summary:

We are seeking a part-time hourly team member with weekend availability for our club lounge. In this role, you willassist all guests with any special requests including reservations and hotel information while providing excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• The concierge will provide the highest quality of service to the guest, anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
• Assist guests with any special requests including reservations, hotel information, and arranging transportation.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of hotel services and surroundings, the local area, and nearby travel services. Accurately answer any guest questions and provide thoughtful recommendations.
• Help to resolve any guest complaints or concerns that come your way.
• Assist guests with food and beverage needs while in the concierge lounge and clean the lounge as needed.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships.
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
