Job summary

Sky Quest is seeking a Private Jet Concierge at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport to deliver seamless, luxury client service. You will greet passengers, coordinate ground transportation, and ensure catering, luggage, and vehicle services are flawlessly executed.

In this in-person role, you’ll maintain the CLE stockroom and manage inventories for standard and special flight requests while using aviation software and email/Slack for precise records and communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in private aviation or 2 years in admin/customer service with an aviation-related company.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude in team and individual settings.
• Excellence in customer service is essential.
• Proficient with multiple software platforms and managing many inboxes.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet passengers at CLE.
• Coordinate meet-and-greets at Atlantic Aviation and Jets FBO.
• Facilitate smooth transitions at trip start and end.
• Verify catering is delivered and onboard before departure.
• Assist passengers with luggage between cars and planes.
• Manage client car keys for detailing and stock needs.
• Arrange and monitor ground transportation for upcoming flights.
• Schedule rental cars and driver services for flights.
• Ensure ground transport is in place for active flights.

Your Mission

As the Private Jet Concierge, you will create a world-class customer service experience by:

• Greeting and assisting passengers during departures and arrivals.
• Coordinating ground transportation for private jet charter flights.
• Ensuring catering, luggage, and vehicle services are flawlessly executed.
• Maintaining and managing the CLE stockroom to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet & Greet Passengers at CLE
• Coordinate and perform meet-and-greets at Atlantic Aviation and Jets FBO.
• Facilitate smooth transitions at the start and end of trips.
• Verify catering is delivered and onboard before departure.
• Assist passengers with luggage from cars to planes (and vice versa).
• Manage client car keys for vehicles scheduled for detailing.
• Arrange and Monitor Ground Transportation
• Schedule rental cars and driver services for upcoming flights.
• Confirm ground transportation services are in place for active flights.
• Maintain accurate written and communication records through our aviation software, project management software, email and Slack.
• Oversee CLE Stock
• Maintain adequate inventory for standard and special flight requests.
• Coordinate with Ground Support for catering and special stock needs.
• Email Inbox Management
• Organize and update shared email inboxes.
• File emails and upload receipts to corresponding trips.

Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of at least one year in the private aviation industry or two years of experience with administrative, executive or forward-facing customer service with an aviation-related company is essential.
• Team-Oriented: You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are second nature to you.
• Positive Attitude: Your ability to maintain positivity in both team and individual settings stands out.
