Sonida Senior Living operates The Wellington at North Bend Crossing in Cincinnati, Ohio, and is seeking a friendly receptionist to welcome residents, visitors, and callers. This role supports smooth front-desk operations, coordinates mail and courier duties, and serves as the first point of contact for inquiries in a busy senior living community.

• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
• Resolving customer questions and concerns
