Job summary

Benedictine Living is seeking a courteous Concierge to welcome residents and visitors, address inquiries, and assist with requests. You will be a key link to internal and external communities, providing exceptional service and maintaining calm, friendly and professional interactions on site.

Job description

The Concierge is responsible for welcoming, providing assistance and addressing inquiries and requests to residents, visitors and callers. Acts as a primary link to the internal and external community, provides customer service and builds trusted and valued relations. Ensures procedures assigned to this location are followed. Assists with administration support for special requests and project if needed.

Qualifications Required
