Job summary

Levy Restaurants is hiring a Concessions Supervisor to manage concession stands during UW-Madison sporting events, overseeing volunteers, training, and safety to deliver an excellent guest experience. Anticipated start date is October.

The role requires lifting, standing long hours, and adherence to alcohol service policies. A base pay of $20.00–$22.00 per hour plus up to $5 extra per hour on football gamedays, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a food service or similar role.
• Willingness to obtain ServSafe Certification & Food Handler's ServSafe (if not already certified).
• Must be 21+ years of age for alcohol handling responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations of multiple concession stands during UW-Madison sporting events.
• Assist team members and volunteers, respond to questions and provide guidance.
• Understand menu offerings, pricing, and quality to ensure accurate service.
