Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Concessions Supervisor to assist the leadership team in daily quick service/concessions operations, including labor management, floor leadership, training, inventory ordering and management. Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervising/management experience in a QSR/Fast Food setting.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with food safety and kitchen/FOH policies.

• Assist leadership with labor management and scheduling.
