Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin is hiring seasonal Concessions Supervisors to lead team members and deliver exceptional guest service. You will assign duties, train staff, manage inventory, and resolve guest concerns in a fast-paced stadium environment.

Experience in food service and supervisory responsibilities are preferred; a college degree is not required, and employees receive weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package as described in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Assign duties to scheduled team members.
• Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations.
• Verify daily and end of month inventory counts for designated areas.
• Help train new stand employees on concessions operations including how to work the POS system.
• Ensure the concessions stands are stocked during and after the game, order supplies when needed.
• Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary.

What will you do?

More about you

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to lift stock to 50 pounds occasionally
• May be required to work outdoors or in variable temperatures depending on the season
