Job summary

Delaware North at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin is hiring seasonal Concessions Supervisors to lead team members and deliver exceptional guest service during events.

As a Concessions Supervisor, you will assign duties, resolve food quality issues, manage inventory, and train new staff while maintaining a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service required.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to implement rules and direct employees.

Responsibilities

• Assign duties to scheduled team members.
• Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations.
• Verify daily and end of month inventory counts for designated areas.
• Help train new stand employees on concessions operations including how to work the POS system.
• Ensure the concessions stands are stocked during and after the game, order supplies when needed.
• Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary.

Pay

$18.00 - $18.00 / hour

What will you do?

• Assign duties to scheduled team members

More About You

Physical Requirements

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to lift stock to 50 pounds occasionally
• May be required to work outdoors or in variable temperatures depending on the season
