Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin, seeks a seasonal Gameday Support Team Member to handle clerical and secretarial tasks that keep operations smooth.

You will answer phones and emails, file documents, prepare reports, and assist with meetings. The role requires 2+ years in office settings and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative or office position.
• Experience with office procedures and standard office equipment.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and emails, screen callers and manage documents.
• Provide basic administrative support including coordinating activities and meetings, preparing expense reports, processing invoices.
• Perform routine clerical duties such as reviewing mail, making copies, and mailing letters.
• Oversee vendor appointments, maintenance, and environmental upkeep for offices.

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Gameday Support Team Member to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Gameday Support Team Member, you will be responsible for performing clerical and secretarial duties to help the organization run efficiently.

Pay

$15.00 - $15.00 / hour

More about you

• No high school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use, and operation of standard office equipment
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
