Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin is hiring a full-time Catering Bar Supervisor to lead and train the catering team, ensure quality in food presentation and service, and maintain high standards during events.

You will supervise staff, ensure responsible alcohol service, handle guest inquiries, and keep all workstations stocked and organized in a fast-paced environment. Six months' relevant experience preferred; no degree required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months' experience in a hotel, full-service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment required.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and courteously in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate with guests and retain and communicate menu information and service preferences.
• Basic math skills to accurately account for cash and inventory.
• No college degree required.

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a full-time Catering Bar Supervisor to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As Catering Bar Supervisor, you will work under the direction of the department manager to ensure effective operations of all event spaces, including training and supervision of catering team members. $18.00 - $18.00 / hour

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift to 35 pounds for set-up, service, and clean-up.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as the work duties demand.
• Variable temperatures – required to move between hot, noisy conditions of the kitchen and climate-controlled dining environment.
• May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces.
