Delaware North’s Patina Group is hiring a part-time Concessions Supervisor to join the team at Tacos Mejor in Boston, Massachusetts. You will lead staff to deliver guest-focused service while maintaining high standards of food quality and hospitality.

The role emphasizes supervision of front-of-house and back-of-house operations, coaching team members, and ensuring accurate cash handling and sales reporting. A fast-paced, team-oriented environment awaits.

Competenze

• Experience working in a restaurant is required.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to train and direct employees according to rules.
• Strong guest service orientation in a fast-paced environment.
• No college degree required.

Mansioni

• Supervise daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items according to recipe and standards.
