Job summary

Delaware North's Patina Group in Boston is seeking a part-time Concessions Supervisor to lead a team and deliver exceptional guest service at Tacos Mejor.

You will supervise front-of-house and back-of-house, prepare menu items, handle cash, and ensure food safety in a fast-paced setting, while coaching staff to uphold our standards.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a restaurant required
• Minimum of 2 years' of supervisory experience preferred
• Must be able to implement rules and direct employees
• Ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs while thriving in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring efficient service and food quality
• Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items according to recipe and presentation standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns in a professional manner
• Train, coach, and support team members while fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment
• Operate and oversee cash handling procedures, POS transactions, balancing drawers, and ensuring accuracy of sales reporting
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in accordance with company and regulatory requirements
• Assist with inventory control, product rotation, opening/closing procedures, and shift execution
• Lead by example in a fast-paced environment while promoting a culture of hospitality, quality, and accountability

As a Concessions Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading team members to provide exceptional guest service. Physical requirements

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
