Delaware North at Hub Hall is seeking a Concessions Supervisor to lead a team in Boston, MA. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service while managing front- and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a restaurant is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to implement rules and direct employees.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring efficient service and food quality.
• Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items according to recipe and presentation standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns in a professional manner.
• Train, coach, and support team members while fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Operate and oversee cash handling procedures, POS transactions, balancing drawers, and ensuring accuracy of sales reporting.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with inventory control, product rotation, opening/closing procedures, and shift execution.

Physical requirements
