Sodexo at Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium in Memphis is seeking a Concessions Supervisor for event-based operations. This part-time role leads on-site concession stands, ensuring fast service, safety, and guest satisfaction during events.

You will assign staff, coordinate coverage, conduct pre-event briefings, handle guest concerns, support onboarding, and ensure readiness across multiple locations. Requirements include a High School diploma, 2–4 years in concessions or food service, supervisory

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years in concessions, food service, or event-based operations.
• Supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to supervise alcohol sales per regs.
• Valid alcohol-service certifications (TIPS/TEAM or equivalent) required; follow state training rules.
• Food handler certification may be required by state/local regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee concession stands, kiosks, portable locations, and autonomous retail sites.
• Assign staff to locations and adjust coverage based on volume and needs.
• Conduct pre-event or pre-shift briefings on expectations, menus, and service standards.
• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Support onboarding and training of concession staff and leads.
• Occasionally lift up to 40 pounds; maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time; other duties as assigned.
