Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Concessions Supervisor to support concessions, vending, portable and in-seat service operations for Legends Hospitality at our venues in Boston. You will train event staff, oversee day-of operations, manage high-volume inventory, enforce safe alcohol service, and uphold food quality and sanitation standards; you’ll collaborate with team to meet service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized with time management.
• Must meet state health requirements for food handling and alcohol service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to work in an open-air environment in all climates.
• Must lift/carry up to 50 pounds and work during events, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Mobility for production tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing and pulling.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and counseling of event staff.
• Directly manage event day staff with customer interaction.
• Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory.
• Enforce responsible alcohol service and audit compliance with procedures.
• Develop and enforce service, sanitation, and product quality standards.
• Coordinate with coworkers to ensure adherence to service standards and inventory.
• Conduct inventory audits and perform reconciliations.
