Job summary

Levy Restaurants is seeking a Concessions Supervisor for a part-time seasonal role at Virginia Credit Union Stadium. The position runs primarily from April through September and focuses on overseeing concession stands during events.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, guest service, inventory control, POS troubleshooting, and ensuring safety and sanitation standards. Candidates should have leadership experience and the ability to obtain an alcohol server’s permit as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of leadership experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid alcohol server’s permit.

Responsibilities

• Manages operations of multiple concession stands, assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment.
• Greets, directs, and responds to guests’ questions and needs.
• Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing.
• Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment.
• Trains concession staff.
• Understands and troubleshoots point‑of‑sale systems.
• Oversees accuracy of timekeeping and compliance with OSHA and Health Department regulations.
• Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others.
• Follows cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
