Job summary

Levy at Virginia Credit Union Stadium is seeking a Concessions Supervisor (Part-Time Seasonal) to manage operations across multiple stands during the April–September season. The role supports staff, ensures safe, smooth guest experiences, and oversees food service standards and POS operations.

This position requires at least one year of leadership experience and an alcohol server permit. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour with benefits through Levy programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year leadership experience.
• Must possess or able to obtain valid alcohol servers' permit.

Responsibilities

• Manages the operations of concession stands
• Greets, directs, and responds to guest needs
• Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing
• Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment
• Trains concession staff
• Understands and troubleshoots point-of-sale systems
• Oversees accuracy of timekeeping and compliance with OSHA and Health Department regulations
• Contributes to the team; maintains professionalism
• Follows cash handling policies and food safety standards
• Performs other duties as assigned

Summary

Manages the operations of concession stands and performs a variety of concessions duties while providing a pleasant guest experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages the operations of multiple concession stands, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours.
• Greets, directs, and responds to guest’s questions and needs.
• Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing.
• Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment.
• Trains concession staff.
• Understands and troubleshoots point-of-sale systems.
• Oversees accuracy of timekeeping and compliance with OSHA and Health Department regulations.
• Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others.
• Follows cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
