Job summary

Compass Group USA at Ryan Field seeks a Concessions Supervisor to oversee an assigned concession stand, manage frontline staff, ensure smooth service and outstanding guest experiences during events.

The role requires leading teams, monitoring sales flow, maintaining food safety, and supporting inventory and cash handling in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise an assigned concession stand or service location.
• Lead concession attendants, cashiers, and service staff.
• Monitorsales activity and service flow.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns.
• Support inventory controls and cash-handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation requirements.
• Ability to work event-driven schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

This position leads frontline team members, ensures efficient food and beverage service, and delivers an outstanding guest experience.
