Job summary

Levy, operated by Compass Group USA, is seeking a Supervisor - Concessions to lead concession stands and deliver a positive guest experience in our sports/entertainment venues. You will guide team members, ensure safety, and uphold food safety standards while maintaining quality presentation and pricing.

The role builds on your leadership and customer-service skills in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and competitive wages.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages the operations of multiple concession stands, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours.
• Greets, directs, and responds to guest’s questions and needs.
• Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing.
• Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment.
• Follows cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
