Job summary

Levy Restaurants seeks a Concessions Supervisor at Ryan Field to oversee daily operations of a concession stand, lead frontline staff, and ensure smooth service. You will monitor sales, maintain guest satisfaction, and uphold food safety standards in a dynamic game-day environment.

This role requires coordinating event-driven schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to deliver memorable experiences for guests, donors, and fans while following Compass Group policies and procedures.

Our Ryan Field Concessions Supervisors are instrumental in creating memorable moments for guests, donors, season ticket holders, sponsors, and visitors. The Concessions Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of an assigned concession stand or service location at Ryan Field. This position leads frontline team members, ensures efficient food and beverage service, and delivers an outstanding guest experience.
