Job summary

Levy Sector at Ryan Field is seeking a Concessions Stand Runner to support game day operations, ensuring food, beverages, and supplies are delivered efficiently to concession stands during events.

You will restock, monitor inventory, uphold food safety standards, assist staff during peak periods, and help with setup and breakdown, delivering friendly, professional service to guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in concessions or food service is preferred.
• Ability to deliver meals and supplies promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food, beverages, and supplies to concession stands promptly.
• Restock inventory including snacks, beverages, condiments, cups, utensils, and paper products.
• Monitor product levels and communicate needs to supervisors.
• Assist concession stand staff during peak periods and keep storage areas clean.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Remove trash and recyclables to maintain a clean environment.
• Assist with setup before events and breakdown after events.
• Rotate and store products according to company standards.
• Provide friendly, professional guest and team member assistance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

At Ryan Field, we are building a world-class game day and event experience.and this role is instrumental in creating memorable moments for guests, donors, season ticket holders, sponsors, and visitors.

The Concession Stand Runner supports concession operations by ensuring food, beverages, supplies, and products are stocked and delivered efficiently throughout the venue. This role helps maintain a clean, organized, and customer-focused environment while assisting concession staff in providing exceptional service to guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver food, beverages, and supplies to concession stands and service areas in a timely manner.
• Restock inventory, including snacks, beverages, condiments, cups, utensils, and paper products.
• Monitor product levels and communicate inventory needs to supervisors.
• Assist concession stand staff during peak service periods.Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, concession stands, and workspaces.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Remove trash and recyclables as needed to maintain a clean environment.
• Assist with setup before events and breakdown after events.
• Ensure products are properly rotated and stored according to company standards.
• Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests and team members.Perform other duties as assigned.
