Job summary

Levy Sector at Ryan Field is seeking a Lead Concession Stand Attendant to oversee daily concession stand operations and deliver outstanding guest service during events. You will model professionalism and help create memorable game-day experiences.

The role supports staff supervision, training, inventory control, food preparation, and adherence to food-safety standards while keeping stands clean and well stocked during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support concession stand staff to ensure efficient and professional operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer questions or concerns.
• Assist with training, coaching, and onboarding new concession employees.
• Assign and monitor daily tasks to ensure proper workflow and customer service.
• Prepare, serve, and sell food and beverage items according to established procedures.
• Operate and oversee point-of-sale systems and end-of-shift reconciliations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking of products and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of concession stands, food preparation areas, and storage locations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setup, cleaning, and securing inventory.
• Communicate operational issues, staffing needs, and supply concerns to management.
• Support event operations and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform all duties of a Concession Stand Attendant as needed.
