Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Concessions Stand Lead to oversee the complete operation of assigned stands, train personnel, and supervise team members. The role requires cash handling, inventory management, and strict adherence to safety and health standards.

You will report to the Concessions Supervisor and support event-based activities across venues. Responsibilities include stand setup/closing, paperwork, discrepancy investigations, and ensuring clean, well-stocked locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Experience in food service or concession stands preferred.
• Ability to interact with co-workers to maintain service standards.
• Cash handling and inventory management skills required.
• Must be fluent in English and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of stand workers; assigns duties.
• Analyzes and resolves problems with supervision as needed.
• Oversees stand setup and closing procedures.
• Keeps work stations and storerooms clean and stocked; orders replacements.
• Completes required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Investigates discrepancies in money and inventory.
• Ensures accurate banking, inventory, and product transfers during events.
• Maintains a professional appearance of the concession location.
• Partners with staff to clean equipment and organize stock after events.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
