Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Concessions Supervisor to oversee and support pre-event setup at all concession locations, and post-event cleanup. You will manage the execution of the food and beverage program, maintain high service standards, and ensure compliance with company policies.

The role requires leadership of event-day staff, knowledge of sanitation standards, and coordination of equipment movements before, during, and after events.

Qualifications

• Must read, speak, and write English to communicate with staff and guests.
• Ability to work events with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing 10–30 pounds (occasionally 50 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Follow opening and closing checklists.
• Oversee understanding of Legends' food and beverage program.
• Train and manage event-day staff for service and sanitation standards.
• Develop and enforce service, sanitation, and product quality standards.
• Supervise concessions staff to ensure proper setup and display of products.
• Coordinate movement, delivery, and pickup of equipment and product between concession stands.
• Ensure correct menu items and pricing are displayed for each event.
• Audit inventory and perform reconciliations as needed.
• Notify management of low inventory.
• Record inventory and ensure proper par levels are maintained.
• Keep concessions inventory organized, locked up, and secured.
• Assist with Month End inventory counts and organization.
• Develop ability to use FOH POS and BOH inventory systems, with training and troubleshooting.
