Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Concessions Supervisor to support concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations for events and venues served by Legends Hospitality.

You will train staff, directly manage event-day teams, maintain high-volume inventory, enforce responsible beverage service, and uphold service standards, sanitation and food quality across all outlets, while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized with time management.
• Must meet health requirements for food handling and alcohol service.
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced team setting.
• Must work fluent in English and in open-air environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and counseling of event staff.
• Directly manage event day staff with direct customer interaction.
• Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory.
• Train and enforce responsible beverage service and compliance.
• Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product quality.
• Coordinate with coworkers to ensure service standards and inventory compliance.
• Audit inventory and conduct reconciliations.
