Job summary

Oak View Group in Baltimore is seeking a Concessions Stand Lead to oversee the concession stand(s) operations during events. You will greet guests, take orders, operate the POS, and ensure accurate cash handling while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.

This part-time role offers a $16.50 per hour rate with benefits including a 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching. Excellent attendance and flexibility for event-driven schedules are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in concessions preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required.
• Clear, professional communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for cash transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders for food and beverages.
• Accept payment and make change as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the area.
• Memorize the product menu at each concession location.
• Assist with end-of-event cleanup and breakdown.
• Assist with inventory issues and POS data under supervision.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance for events.
