Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a Concession Stand Lead to oversee the stand operation, ensure quality, and manage setup and closing procedures. Previous fast-paced food service supervision is preferred.

Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs, with availability for nights and weekends based on events. The role pays an hourly range of $20.00 - $22.00 and includes part-time benefits such as a 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience leading in a fast-paced restaurant or catering environment.
• Ability to lead the work of others.
• Clear, business-like and respectful communication with staff and guests.
• Ability to work well in a team and in an event-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Adaptability and commitment to safety in high-heat or cold-weather settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service of food and beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages.
• Check IDs to verify age for alcohol service.
• Lead the setup of stand locations.
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards.
• Demonstrate excellent attendance.
• Ensure equipment is operable and clean before events.
• Stop service for intoxicated guests as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by managers.
