Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a food & beverage environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication with employees, volunteers, management, and guests in a respectful manner.
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced, event‑driven, team‑oriented environment.
• Valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations.
• Accurate cash handling skills.
• Basic math skills for POS transactions, cash reconciliation, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee setup of concession locations prior to doors.
• Assign duties to concession workers and manage sanitation and readiness.
• Supervise cash handling procedures and POS operations.
• Provide operational oversight for smooth event execution.
• Train staff and volunteers on procedures and best practices.
• Cover open positions to ensure locations are fully operational.
