Sodexo is seeking a Concessions Stand Lead in Birmingham. You will provide on-site leadership for an assigned concession stand during events, guiding staff, ensuring service standards, and maintaining efficient flow during high-volume periods.

The role emphasizes speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance with staff training and supervision, with everyday duties varying by event and location.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience required.
• 1-3 years concessions, food service, or customer service experience preferred.
• Prior lead experience preferred.
• Must meet age requirements to lead alcohol service per local/state rules.
• Must maintain valid alcohol service certification (TIPS/TEAM or equivalent).
• Food handler certification may be required by state/local regulations.

Responsabilités

• Serve as on-stand lead for assigned concession locations during events.
• Provide guidance and support to staff during peak service periods.
• Address guest concerns and escalate issues to the Concessions Supervisor.
• Communicate needs, staffing issues, or supply shortages to leadership.
• Assist onboarding and training of concession staff.
