Qualifications

• Experience in food service concession operations.
• Ability to handle money and give correct change.
• Experience training stand attendants and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Sells concessions, including drinks and food items, to spectators at events.
• Receives money and makes correct change.
• Monitors cash drawer and ensures adequate change.
• Takes inventory of supplies and maintains stock at required level.
• Trains stand attendants.
• Oversees timekeeping and OSHA/Health Department compliance.
• Contributes to the team with professional conduct toward customers and staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
