Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a Concessions Supervisor to oversee food and beverage service at arena concessions stands and portable locations. You will train staff, manage inventory, and support events while ensuring safety, compliance, and excellent guest service.

The role pays an hourly rate of $16.00-$20.00 and is tip eligible, with full-time benefits and a schedule aligned to events. Open until October 16, 2026.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ supervisory experience in a food & beverage environment.
• Valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee setup of concession locations before doors.
• Supervise concession workers and assign duties; ensure sanitation standards.
• Manage cash handling procedures and POS transactions.
• Provide training and mentorship to staff and volunteers.
• Cover gaps to keep locations fully operational during events.
• Ensure safety, accuracy of orders, and timely guest service.
• Enforce company policies and maintain a positive workplace.
• Assist management with special events and inventory as needed.
