Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Concessions Supervisor to lead concessions, vending, portable and in-seat service operations for Legends Hospitality at our venues. You will train event staff, directly manage on-site crews, and ensure high standards for food safety, inventory control, and customer service during all venue events.

Responsibilities include training, real-time staff leadership, inventory management, and enforcing service and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized with time-management skills.
• Must meet state/city health requirements for food handling and alcohol service.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to work in an open-air environment in all climate conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and move items up/down stairs/ramps.
• Available to work all venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Train and counsel event staff.
• Directly manage on-site event day staff and interact with customers.
• Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory.
• Train, educate, and enforce responsible alcohol service and compliance.
• Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product quality.
• Coordinate with teammates to ensure adherence to service standards and inventory.
• Conduct physical inventory audits and perform reconciliations.
