Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Director of Concessions at Ball Arena in Denver, CO, to lead concessions operations. You will manage budgets, coach managers, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive high-quality food and beverage experiences for guests.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of high-volume concessions management, union experience, and strong leadership. The role is on-site with comprehensive benefits and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of management experience in high-volume foodservice, preferably concessions for sports venues.
• Union experience preferred as this is a union department.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; multitasking in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day concessions operations and budget; oversee P&L and financial reporting.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to concession managers and staff.
• Control labor and operating costs within budgeted guidelines.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and compliance with alcohol regulations; liaise with health officials.
• Hire, promote, and develop staff; collaborate with contractors and facility team.
• Coordinate with culinary team on production pars and beverage yields; monitor quality and costs.
