Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Concessions Manager for the 2nd shift at Ball Arena, Denver, CO. You will lead day-to-day concessions operations, ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance, and manage budgeting and staff development.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of management experience in a high-volume setting and strong leadership and communication skills. The role is on-site with evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• Degree in related field with 2–5 years of management experience in high-volume foodservice.
• Union experience strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient service and quality products while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.
• Oversee scheduling and payroll; enter tips and manage budget and P&L.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol regulations and Legends standards.
• Develop concepts and preserve existing programs to upgrade food and service quality.
• Collaborate with subcontractors to meet contract terms and fulfill operational needs.
