Legends Global in Denver, CO, seeks a Director of Concessions to lead the day-to-day concessions operations at our premier venue. You will drive profitability, oversee budgeting, and coach concession managers to execute the business plan with excellence.

You will ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance, while managing inventory, vendor relations, and teamwork with culinary and facilities to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5–7 years of management experience in high-volume foodservice, preferably concessions.
• Union experience strongly preferred as this is a union department.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership and vision in staff management and major projects.
• Customer service mindset; ability to interact with employees, vendors, clients and guests professionally.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, late nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to obtain and maintain TEAM Coalition Alcohol Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day concessions operations and profitably direct all activities.
• Lead and mentor concession managers and staff in executing the business plan.
• Control labor and operating costs within budgeted guidelines.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance with health officials.
• Ensure proper handling of alcohol sales and related regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
• Oversee inventory and annual operating budgets; review monthly schedules.
• Collaborate with culinary and facilities teams on production standards.
• Monitor quality and continuously improve food service concepts.
