Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Concessions Manager for Mesa Convention Center in Mesa, AZ. You will lead all food and beverage concessions, supervise staff, manage inventory, purchasing and event-day execution while controlling costs and driving profitability.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong hospitality instincts, business acumen, and the ability to develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced event environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Previous management experience in a similar venue is required.
• Knowledge of cost control, revenue generation and financial reporting is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervises concessions employees in preparation, service and cleanup.
• Trains staff to maintain high quality, efficient and profitable service.
• Purchases refreshments according to demand and guest tastes.
• Directs storage, preparation and serving across concession stands.
• Assigns workers to locations and manages shift coverage.
• Tally receipts and balance accounts daily.
• Inventories supplies at end of day or designated period.
• Works within guidelines for food and labor costs.
