You will oversee event operations, station setup, and coordination with culinary and purchasing teams to maintain margin and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in food and beverage operations, strong computer literacy, and excellent interpersonal skills to drive performance, training, and loss-prevention efforts

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a food and beverage operations position.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate hourly team members to deliver a warm guest experience.
• Set up stations and manage event operations.
• Recruit and train team members to Levy standards.
• Oversee loss prevention and beverage/wastage controls.
• Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol protocols.
• Coordinate with culinary and purchasing teams for margins and accuracy.
• Conduct monthly safety and department inspections.
• Schedule team according to demand forecasts and payroll verification.
